2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with POMZ Premium within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to:
- First-time premium subscribers
- Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase date
- One refund per customer
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours

- Gift subscriptions purchased for others
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining days.
Refund: A refund returns your payment and immediately terminates your premium access.
9. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. No refund is needed as no payment has been made.
